Get there on time, and without worrying.

Hospital appointments, treatments, trains to catch: we pick you up at your door, help with the bags and wait for the return. Your ride is confirmed the day before.

  • The same driver for your regular treatments
  • Help from the door to the car, and back
  • Card accepted, receipt handed over

Approved taxi

On medical prescription, your trip is covered by the health insurance. Bring your carte Vitale.

Approved medical transport

What you need for a covered trip

A taxi approved by the health insurance (taxi conventionné) is reimbursed on medical prescription. A taxi that is not approved is not. Three things to have with you.

The prescription

The medical transport prescription, given by your doctor before the trip, except in an emergency.

Your carte Vitale

Show it with the prescription. With third-party payment, you usually pay nothing upfront.

Your appointment time

So we arrive early, and plan the return with you.

Covered at 55% in the general case, 100% in particular for a long-term condition (ALD). A €4 deductible per trip stays with you, capped at €8 per day. Beyond 150 km, the health insurance must agree beforehand.

Regulated fare

Set every year by the authorities, displayed inside the car.

Card accepted

Whatever the amount, even for a short ride.

A receipt

Handed over from €25, and on request below that.

No wheelchair surcharge

The law forbids it, like any surcharge for a station or airport pickup.

What passengers said

"My father has dialysis three mornings a week. Same driver every time, who helps him to the door and knows where to park at the hospital. We have not advanced a single euro."

Thomas G.

Approved medical transport

"Booked the evening before for a 6:40 flight from Orly. He was downstairs at 4:25, texted me, and the price was the flat rate, not a cent more."
Karima L. Early flight, Orly
"Train two hours late, arriving past midnight with two children asleep. He had followed the delay and was waiting at the exit. I paid by card without a word about it."
Sébastien M. Late train, Gare de Lyon
